Add Support for Sapphire TriXX?

Was wondering if that'd be possible. I have a RX580 Nitro. I have no issue testing it, or trying to figure out how exactly it works. The card is only connected to PCI-E (and power :D) so if somebody has a tool to snoop on the pci bus I'd try to capture the "traffic".
