I sorted out my previous major issue with general weirdness (I installed Ubuntu on a second drive, sized my zones on the Razer controller in OpenRGB, and now the Razer controller magically works without flashing in Windows.) All of my RGB hardware is detecting properly, and I'm under the impression that my GPU is supported, so I don't know what's going on at this point. Let me know what other information I can provide to help solve this. Please also let me know if there's anything I can contribute in regards to getting the Razer Naga X supported, but that is not any kind of priority to my build.

Other info: OpenRGB still crashes when I resize any zones, but the changes are being saved and I can use everything that is enabled appropriately. It also crashes if I try to save a general profile, but I can save plugin profiles on the Effects plugin and the Visual Map plugin that makes saving a general profile kinda pointless from my perspective on use. Having the manufacturers RGB software (Aura Sync, Razer Synapse 3, L-Connect 2 in motherboard mode, RGB Fusion 2.0) loaded and running is the only way I can get the lights to turn on with OpenRGB currently. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling all the visual studio packages as well as .Net packages in every combination I could think of, including only the one linked for OpenRGB (thought my issue may be related to that, the crash doesn't occur until I install several games that install these as well, figured it was a place to start). Task Manager is showing closed windows from editing my settings under the OpenRGB process, but this does not appear to affect performance and I'm not seeing any changes if I end these "tasks". Also, the service "Microsoft Account Sign-in Assistant" is currently showing up as though it is a process attached to OpenRGB.
