[Bug Report] Razer Viper Ultimate Wireless - RGB setting lost after mouse standby

Using OpenRGB 0.7 on Windows 10 21H2 64 bit.

Description of Bug

The Razer Viper Ultimate Wireless mouse enters standby on it's own after a maximum of 15 minutes. When moved to resume operation, the RGB setting is lost and resets to default. Re-loading the profile with the correct RGB setting just turns off all RGB on the device. The only way to fix this is clicking on the "Apply Colors to Selection" button.

Using Synapse 3 I can see the same behavior, with the only diference that after 1-2 seconds, the RGB profile is re-applied to the mouse. So after the mouse exists standby, the factory default profile is loaded, but after 1-2 seconds it is changed to user profile.
