Logitech G502 Lightspeed connected via cable doesn't detect
Description of Bug
If connected via cable, OpenRGB tries to detect it, but doensn't add because of missing RGB Effects feature:

OpenRGB compiled by myself, version 0.71, last commit id: b03f0206
Profile was adjusted and saved to mouse using G-Hub on Windows
