Openrgb wont open

I used to run this app on the past versior, and now I just wanted to change my keyboard color and it not started. Si I downloaded the last version merged on the old folder and the problem continue. I didnt change anything on my PC. I tryed to rum as administrator, clean the folder and extract the files again and run a restore point. All its happens when I try to execute the program is the UAC box asking if I allow it run, I select yes and done, nothing more happen.
