open rgb not detecting nzxt rgb & fan controller

Hello, I have recently discover openRgb and I trying to sync my NZXT H500I Case, with by default includ nzxt rgb & fan hub controller, to my other corsair Devices... All corsair device are found, but the nzxt rgb & fan hub controller is not found... I check in setting>supported Device and all NZXT device are enable. Can u plz help me? I try ro run with NZXT CAM open and Close, nothing change
