Ducky One 2 RGB TKL stops responding to Fn-key and macros

I've been using OpenRGB for quite a bit now on Linux, happily changing the RGB in my computer case. Recently I got myself a Ducky One 2 RGB TKL keyboard, which gets recognised by OpenRGB, so that's cool. However, whenever I let OpenRGB interact with the keyboard, things like the Fn-key and macro's stop working. Is this a known issue? I could not find it in the bugtracker

Description of Bug

When I use OpenRGB to set a (solid) colour to the backlight of the Ducky keyboard, or have OpenRGB disable the backlight, the Fn-key of the keyboard stops working. I can not change to a different RGB-mode anymore from the keyboard itself, and macro's like Fn+Insert that I bound to Play/pause do not function anymore.

After unplugging and replugging the keyboard, things work again until OpenRGB sets something.

Hardware Configuration

  • Ducky One 2 RGB TKL

Not related to this bug, but also configured by OpenRGB:

  • X570 Aorus Pro
  • AMD RX 6xxx GPU

This is on the latest nightly build of 0.71, from the 7th of February, on Ubuntu 21.10.

Thanks in advance!
