[Bug Report] OpenRGB closes or fails silently on login/boot windows 11

Description of Bug

Enter sleep mode or reboot... Wait for startup nothing happens. Check startup files and they are in proper location. Added into registry (it attempted to boot twice). Both failed. UAC settings gave all permissions necessary for app initialization. Launch app manually it works fine.

Hardware Configuration

ASUS Prime 690-A

1 Built in ARGB Light.

2 standard ARGB lights.

3 Corsair ml120 fans.

1 Steelseries keyboard.
