Debian packaging files

My distro of choice is Debian, and many other distros use .deb/apt packaging. I want to create .deb packaging files to build OpenRGB as an installable Debian package. Should also include udev rules as openrgb-udev-rules.deb or something. OpenRGB kernel patch could be provided as openrgb-dkms-drivers.deb.
