SteelSeries Apex 350 is enable but not detected.

Description of Bug

SteelSeries Apex 350 is enabled in the Settings TAB. My Apex 350 however is not being detected. I have an H100i that appears as it should but the Apex does not.

Hardware Configuration

Apex 350 connected direct to motherboard USB2 port. SteelSeries Engine in Windows works correctly.
