inpout32 is not loaded, i801 I2C bus detection aborted

There is a problem with OpenRGB 0.61 on my device. The Inpout32 driver won't load for some reason even though the app was ran as administrator and my other RGB software turned off. Last time I used OpenRGB, it worked properly, but now it's having issues. I am using an ASRock B450M STEEL LEGEND, a Ryzen 3 4300GE and 16GB RAM from PNY.
