Gigabyte Z690 Gaming X DDR4 - OpenRGB causes coilwhine

Description of Bug

Version 0.6 Windows 11

After setting up OpenRGB i noticed that at the exact moment when OpenRGB Autostarts and the RGB color change, my VRMs on the Mainboard start to whine (loud) in a high pitch.

Turn all LEDs off with OpenRGB does not fix the whine.

Just having the LEDs on (default white) via Bios does not cause any whine, Using Armory Create to control RAM RGB only also does not cause whine.

Hardware Configuration

• Z690 Gaming X DDR4
• 2x Crucial Ballistix 8GB RGB
• Arctic i35 ARGB
• 1x Arctic P12 RGB

Additional Info

Disabling C States in Bios also fix the coil whine.

Is there any way to change a PWM frequency or such to reduce the interference?
