Logitech g915/913 TKL does not work under 0.61

Description of Bug

I am using the latest Master pipeline build of OpenRGB to try out 0.7 since I have a G915 TKL that isn't supported in 0.6. Everything works fine, but my keyboard isn't detected by the program, despite making sure that the PR that had someone's work was included in this build I used. I see it in the supported devices list, but it's not detected. I specifically have the TKL version, so I'm not sure if the non ten keyless version does work or not. There is an open issue for this already, I think, but since other PRs are merged that are tagged for 0.7, I am confused by it #896 (closed).
