[BUG report] Steelseries RIVAL 310 issue On windows 10

Hello,

Hello, i tryed to made a profil on my steelseries rival 310, i clicked on save to device and now my mouse stay turned off... i tryed to resync with Steelseries gg but nothing work, even a format of my computer, when i put my mouse on the PC i see the led turning on and then turning off immediatly.

Do anyone already have this Issue ?
