Corsair Vengeance Pro RGB Detection Issue

I am using an ASRock B460M Pro4 Motherboard. OpenRGB is never able to detect my 2x8GB Vengeance Pro RGB modules and the log shows that there was an error. I am using windows 10.

First part is with iCUE installed second is without iCUE. Is there something i can do to fix this?
