[Feature Request] Battery Level LED mode for Razer Chroma Mice/Docks

As per comments under #1445 (closed) I'd like to request the addition of Battery Level LED modes for the Razer Chroma mice/docks. Synapse currently includes this as an option under Quick Effects, alongside the standard LED modes (most of which are already functional in OpenRGB now).

This Feature Request can possibly be split into two Battery Level modes as well:

  • Indication of battery level when the device is charging
  • Responsive LED mode that shows battery level of the mouse even when it is in use and not in the docked state.
