Run OpenRGB With Only One Instance

Whenever I want to open OpenRGB from start menu, it always create new instances, which crush the effects plugins, can we get an option to disable multiple instances?

Sometimes i want to reopen openrgb from start menu (I made a shortcut), rather than from tray, It's just faster, open start menu with keyboard then openrgb by typing it directly
