Open RBG doesn't load profile on all devices at windows boot

Hello, i'm currently looking for some help. I created a profile on Open RBG? all the components are detected and when i load the profile while windows is up, everything works well. However, when stop the PC and boot it, the profile is not load on my motherboard and my rams. Previously to the install of Open RGB, i used RGB FUSION 2.0 et ICue (now those are uninstalled), do you think some kind of hidden files are cancelling the loading of the profile on the MB and the rams?
