OpenRGB not detecting Razer Ornata V2 keyboard

OpenRGB isn't detecting my Razer Ornata V2 keyboard. I am running the latest master pipeline build which does have Razer Ornata V2 support available:

I don't have anything like Razer Synapse or iCue installed at the moment. It used to detect my motherboard but isn't at the moment (I've already run it as an administrator once, might try and restart my computer to see if that works as well).

Do I need to provide any more information to troubleshoot this?
