Motherboard chipset LED does it's own thing

I have the OpenRGB Windwos 10 x64 Pipeline. It detects all of my hardware except the mouse so far. The mouse is NOT the issue. My motherboard is an Asus Prime Z390-A and my GPU is an Asus ROG Strix RTX 2070. All of the LEDs are lighting and responding EXCEPT the LED that is on the chipset.

That one does it's own thing with color unless I use the following modes - Breathing, Flashing, Spectrum Cycle, Rainbow, Chase, Chase Fade and Random Flicker. Then the color and the mode are matched. But on Direct or Static the colour of that LED does it's own thing - unless I make the LEDs white or Off. Then that chipset LED will again match.

I'm running Windows 10 Pro x64, I have uninstalled all of the proprietary software for RGB and disabled all of the lingering services that they decided to leave behind, before I forget to mention, yes I ran it as an administrator.

Thanks for your time and attention, Quantos
