MSI x570 Motherboard zones not matching and not resizeable

Description of Bug

The 2 ARGB Headers, JRAINBOW1 & JRAINBOW2 are not resizable and operate as a single LED regardless of what is plugged in.

Also, the LED strip/feature, listed as "IO Cover" in Mystic Light and 'Pipe LEDs' in OpenRGB shows up as 2 LEDs but is actually a built-in strip of 17 LEDs (by my count). OpenRGB treats it as a single LED - with only the first one listed in OpenRGB actually affecting the color and the second one seemingly ignored.
