Only two of 4 Crucial Ballistix RGB detected

I try to control my Crucial Ballistix RGB from Linux. I went through the steps described in the README to configure my system to get so far to have at least these two shown.

I'm running 4 Crucial Ballistix RGB sticks in a Gigabyte X399 Aorus Pro. I understand that my Motherboard is not supported and don't really know if this is the reason why the ram sticks are not all being recognized.

I also have a Gigabyte Nvidia 2080 Super Waterforce which is also not recognized.

I'm running Arch Linux and have the latest version from the aur installed.
