No device detected (asus tuf gaming b550-plus)

I made sure I had Microsoft Visual C++ 2019, I installed OpenRGB and run it making sure lighting services from asus were stopped, I even tried with 0.5v and 0.4v but the only device that was recognised was the motherboard (and looked like it worked properly). I didn't have expectations for my fans since they're off-brand (even though armoury crate did detect them as a led strip and worked), but I hoped at least my HyperX Fury dram (2x 8gb 3200Mhz CL16 rgb) worked, but they don't appear at all. In addition after downloading and running the program vanguard started giving me an error everytime I turn on the pc, saying it blocked a file from loading (inpoutx64.sys), but even exiting form vanguard the issue remains
