Start the program and the last selected effect with the start of windows 10

Hello and I'm so sorry but I'm new here. I wanted to ask if there is a way to start Openrgb and last effects plugin settings when windows 10 starts up. i tried to put a program shortcut in windows autostart folder in C:\Users\xxx\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup but when I restart the pc nothing happens. I checked also the autostart and saved in the effects tab but nothing again... sorry but I'm a little noob and I would like to help make this wonderful application even more wonderful! sorry my bad english too ... lol THANKS!
