[Feature Request] Option to customize motherboard LED behavior depending on power state (ON/OFF)

I suppose it should be possible to implement it in UI and update plugins?

I have the Asus Prime x470 MB and the AURA soft let you configure RGB for both modes (power ON/OFF).
