[Bug Report] RAM sometimes not detected properly

Description of Bug

When starting OpenRGB (in administrator mode) not all of my RAM sticks are detected immediately. Sometimes I'll only see 2 or 3 out of 4, and when re-scanning for devices they'll all show up after a couple of tries.
