G.Skill Trident Z RGB DIMMs Inconsistently Detected

Description of Bug

Randomly upon start of the program, not all DIMMs are detected. Sometimes 2/4, sometimes 3/4, sometimes all 4. Restarting the program does not fix this, nor does restarting the computer. The only fix, as suggested by Calc, is changing the DIMM positions in the slots, but this happens too frequently for this to be a fix. For reference, when I only had 2 DIMMs this never happened. When this does happen two DIMMs will mirror each other as far as lighting.
