AMD GPU rgb support (RX 4xx, 5xx, Vega, 5xxx, possibly 6xxx) on linux. READ FIRST!

AMD gpu support has been a little tricky when it comes to OpenRGB support. DeviceType::GPUAMD OS - Linux

What we know:

• AMD GPU RGB controllers are attached to the i2c bus
• The specific bus the controller is attached to is not easily accessible in Linux and currently requires kernel patching. #1046 (closed)
