[Bug Report] OpenRGB 0.5 bricked after selecting "scan for new devices"

Description of Bug

First time launch when perfect, all my devices synced up except for my razer basilisk ultimate which hasn't been added yet but when I clicked the "scan for new devices button" my 2 sticks of aura dram disappeared and when I tried to restart the program it would crash every time I opened it
