Keyboard Visualizer still not working with new version.

Its been months since it has worked properly and I have tried many different versions that don't want to work but for version 1.03 and under but anything newer doesn't work. I have reinstalled Razer Synapse many times to see if that would work but that doesn't and I have reinstalled windows multiple times but that doesn't work. I'm really confused why 3.05 worked for like a week when I first installed my new motherboard and reinstalled windows but since then it hasn't worked.
