New Versions dont work?

Been trying to figure out how to fix this for a good month or two, everyones been telling me to reinstall synapse and that hasnt work AT ALL, i also tried to get the latest version of synapse and audio visualizer which didnt work, i was starting to get really frustrated, i started reading some of the comments on the post made on the audio visualizer release and the newest comments are saying they're having issues with this working on their keyboard as well, and theres some people saying that older versions work, and theres a bug with the newer version, not only am i wondering how to get an older version of audio visualizer to test this, but what the issue is with the new version thats preventing this from working. This is definitely not a product issue because my keyboard works fine with all synapse lighting features and my chroma apps audio visualizer works with my mousepad and mouse but not my keyboard.
