sub directory.

This will make it easier to define a schedule with the
CLIPOS_REBUILD_CONTAINER variable set to 'true' to rebuild the base
container on a monthly basis instead of every day.

The official extension for zstd compressed files is zst.
This also:
  * move extension handling logic to the corresponding functions
  * compress all logs with zstd

As project local CI_PIPELINE_IID are not displayed in the GitLab web
interface, using global CI_PIPELINE_ID is prefered in order to easily
match output from https://files.clip-os.org

 to the corresponding
pipeline in the web interface.
