Bump bilby_pipe version to 1.0.6
bilby_pipe 1.0.6 had some internal changes that broke the way we used it. This MR bumps the version of bilby_pipe in bilbyui and the bundle, updates the relevant code, and updates the tests where applicable.
The 17.0 major release is coming on May 16, 2024! This version brings many exciting improvements to GitLab, but also removes some deprecated features.
