Symlink Created and Obsidian Opened, but the File is Not Opened

Hello again!

I'm running into an issue where the symlink is created, and Obsidian is opened and brought into scope, but the markdown file is not opened. Do you know what could be causing the error? It think it should be in the open_file() function, as the open command functions in activating Obsidian, but not the file itself. Perhaps Obsidian changed their default behaviour in response to the open command..? Sorry, I'm not skilled enough to make any progress beyond that.

I saw that you recently made an edit in this function, so perhaps a small bug was introduced?
