This page will have links to all the BuildStream releases, highlighting the current one, the ones maintained or recommended for the different profiles, together with the links to the complementary information that might be related to releases, like roadmap, announcements, etc.

This page tries to turn visitors into users.

Content structure and description

  • Short explanation about what the BuildStream project ships (outcomes) and who they are for.
    • Releases: description. As this section grows, a new page will be created with more detailed information.
      • Ennumerate the major releases. The following information will be included for each major release:
        • Major release version linking to the release announcement.
        • Feature page: links
        • Download page: link to the section affected by the release.
        • Mention that the installation instructions are accessible through the download page.
        • Release badge
        • Make reference to SemVer nomenclature.
    • Master: description and link to the Master page. As this content grow, it will turn into a specific page.
