    • At the beginning, since this has been in the past our home page, we need to assume that people unaware or aware of BuildSrteam will reach out this page and read it.
    • In the future, once the web is consolidated and search engines pick the web as the home page, we will change the target of this page and assume the users that want to turn into contributors or/and contributors will be the main target.

Rationale

This page will only be a directory for two groups of pages:

  • Wiki pages that are already in the wiki and will not be moved to the web.
  • Deprecated pages.

Content structure and description

  • What is BuildStream: very short description
  • Directory of web pages (front page a first level)
    • Special emphasis in FAQ.
    • In the future we will assume that users that we might turn into contributors will get here.
  • Directory of wiki pages.
  • Deprecate all pages except the meetings one.
    • Add notes at the top of the deprecated pages.
    • Move the blogs resources to the BuildStream out there page.
