The preparation of ELCE 2018 was a topic at the Gathering. The event took place during the week 43 and some BuildStream developers attend.

Task description

• Prepare the event at the Gathering
• Prepare the short presentation about BuildStream at the CIP TSC f2f meeting.
• Report about the event
• Add a reference to this ticket at the Events page of the wiki.
• Add link to the video of the talk "Scaling Your Developr Community via Plugins. Greg Sutcliffe, Red Hat"
