Get a twitter account for BuildStream

Background

In order to communicate our release, we need a Twitter account

Task description

To get a Twitter account the following actions need to be taken:

• Check for availability an options
• Provide some options to the mailing list.
• Once a consensus is reached, get the twitter account.
• Configure it.
• Make the first tweet explaining what the project is about.
• Pin that tweet.
• Send a second tweet including people and orgs that might be interested in knowing about the project.

Organizations that might be interesting to name:

• GNOME
• Codethink
• KDE
