Add 'task' template as optional in addition to being the default in BuildStream project

Minor one...

When in the Buildstream project, can we add the default template to be one of the options, as well as being the default?
When you raise an issue, if you select the 'bug' template from the drop down list, you can't then go back to the original template without closing the issue and starting again.

• Add 'task' template as optional in addition to being the default in BuildStream project

Acceptance Criteria

When you raise an issue, if you select the 'bug' template from the drop down list, you can then choose the original default template because it's an option from the drop down list.
