Agree on the templates for BuilStream project

Background

Once the proposal is approved, a discussion about the templates should follow.

Task description

The task in order to come to an agreement about the templates are:

• Propose the templates to the mailing list:
  • A default template for common technical tasks.
  • Propose a template for bugs.
  • Propose a template for enhancements (feature requests).
• Get consensus on the templates.
