Retire bst source bundle command

This MR aims to close #672 (closed)

Changes proposed in this merge request:

• Add --fetch option to bst source-checkout
• Add --force option to bst source-checkout
• Move bst source-bundle functionality into bst source-checkout
• Remove bst source-bundle command
