WIP: Getting started section

This MR currently contains a skeleton for what we want the "Getting started" and "Examples and How To's" sections to look like.

We should discuss this here and update this MR accordingly before solid work on these sections begin. From there, we can cherry pick what we need from !323 (closed) and then add new material.
