Enable a subset of tests-spawn-multiprocessing-start-method

It turns out that tests-spawn-multiprocessing-start-method was never testing anything spawn-related (!!), as the BST_FORCE_START_METHOD env variable was not propagated to pytest.

Enable a subset of the tests that pass, so that things don't get worse.

Fixes and further enablements will follow.
