Two minor optimisations which result in a couple of seconds of speedup:

show 90.06s 87.74s

Changes proposed in this merge request:

  • Rework Element.__expand_environment() lifting node_subst_member() content for speed
  • Don't pay format penalty in Plugin.__init__() when not debugging
