Description

This makes the WSL tests only run automatically on master, since buildstream devs are finding the extra time on WSL pipelines a nuisance.

Changes proposed in this merge request:

  • Make WSL tests only run automatically on master
  • Add a WSL manual test that is available for non-master branches
