Follow-up from "Refer readers to our tutorial before referring them to existing bst projects"

  Just noticed this in the install guide today.

  Why are we recommending that windows users use the docker install guide ?

  Is it even marginally possible that BuildStream will actually work with docker on windows ? Has anyone tested this ?

  I think we should be careful to remove this claim quickly before someone reads this an complains about it.

Note: The above refers to the .. note:: in the install guide which currently states:

"BuildStream is not currently supported natively on macOS and Windows. Windows and macOS users should refer to BuildStream inside Docker."
