Progress Report for Large Downloads

Background

Currently if you track a source that is large, there is no indication of any progress. For example, if you bst track or bst fetch a deb or zip source, you have no indication of progress (which might make you think it is hanging).

Task description

• [ ] Add some sort of indication that a download is progressing either with a progress bar or a counter of the amount of data that has been downloaded.

Acceptance Criteria

When tracking or fetching sources, it is obvious to the user that progress is being made.
