Install instructions don't mention how to get 'grpc'

Running latest bst (1.3.0+14.gb662f175) fails for me with:

ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'grpc'

I presume I need to install a new package, but the install instructions don't seem to mention this new package anywhere.
