Logging issues

• Not obvious what all the ?????? mean
• logs are losing some timings
  • bst reports [00:00:41] SUCCESS Updated 0 source references
  • time tells me "real 0m44.317s"
• all config should be reported in the logs (so it's clear what was being done)
• all cache-keys should be reported in the logs
• there is no indication of what happened when - bst is only reporting specific times for individual tasks, not the wall clock time
