Tar Source should normalize leading `.`

Some tarballs are created with records that have a leading ./ in their paths, others are not.

For the most part, this does not effect tar Sources, except when you want to use the base-dir glob pattern.

The tar source should strip any leading ./ from tar records when performing the glob, so that the behavior of using the same glob with a tarball created with or without ./ is the same.
